If you never hear from me again, please assume my entire family was eaten by our Christmas tree. It is a hulking beast of a thing. It's only 7 feet tall, but it seems absolutely huge!

I'm keeping a close eye on both Alec and Mr. Hudson the cat. And if it starts singing motown classics we will evacuate immediately.
