So agreed :-( I have a friend who is a grad student studying in Kiev, and have been following her updates for a while now (and posting about them frequently on Facebook). I was pretty upset to hear about Russia's invasion of Crimea, and well... I've hung a Ukrainian flag in front of our house and off the statue of Lenin in Fremont ;-)
