We are at Ukrainian dancing right now, but I will try and find the YouTube video to post when I get home. There are a bunch out there, but this girl explains it away that made a lot of sense to me. With the curl and texture your hair has, it will probably be a lot easier to work with than my very fine hair.
It's not hard to do exactly, but there is a knack to it.
