Whine whine whine

My knees hurt more than they have in months. Today it crossed the line from "this hurts" to "I'm in pain". I don't like it. I want to workout and walk up and down stairs and be able to pick Katrina up. Instead I have to ice and elevate, and I'm still in pain.

This is probably the only problem in my life than cannot be made better by the liberal application of painted dogs!! :-(
